Remarks
- Please uninstall any older version first (if any) before installation of the latest one.
The points of change from version 2.9H / 3.0 to 4.1C / S4.1C
- Fixed a bug that the NUC setting was changed to “auto-mode” when the NUC setting was “manual-mode” on the F50 and connect to NS9500PRO and read setting values.
- Fixed a bug that the temperature value on the screen and the temperature value output on the trend graph are different when trend processing is performed with the emissivity changed on the F50 main unit.
- Fixed a bug that caused the PC to crash when a report is output with “zoom display” set (condition: set several points)
- Fixed a bug that caused an error message to be displayed while converting a large SVX file to an AVI file and the conversion to be terminated.
- Fixed a bug that the program terminates abnormally when “Display coordinates” is disabled in the options and the “Excel export” is output.
- Fixed a bug that caused the program to terminate abnormally when the thermal image was enlarged and the “Original image size” was selected and output when outputting an image copy of file export.

Procedure
- Find the request form from the below link, complete and send it to us.
- URL (web address), ID and password for download will be sent to your e-mail address (after validation of the request that might takes few days).
- Download and save "NS9500PRO_forF50_V4_1B.zip" or "NS9500PRO_forF50_VS4_1B.zip" to your designated folder.
- Launch "NS9500PRO_forF50_V4_1B.zip" or "NS9500PRO_forF50_VS4_1B.zip" to be extracted into a folder you choose in your PC.
- Start the AutoRun.exe in an appropriate folder and install, following instructions to come up.
