NEC Avio Infrared Technologies Co., Ltd. has strengthened its product line by adding four (4) new models of cameras and software in the [InfRec] series of Infrared Thermography Equipment.

[Thermo GEAR G120EX/G100EX] improve the basic performance of parameters such as temperature resolution and temperature measuring range when compared to traditional models for the predictive and preventative maintenance fields.
[Thermo Shot F20] provides a more affordable price for low cost infrared camera models.
[Network Thermography S30] incorporates superior environmental protection with compact design for fixed mount infrared process monitoring applications.
[InfRec NS9500Pro] software supports remote control capabilities, while streaming live data to a PC.

NEC Avio Infrared Technologies Co., Ltd. expects to strongly expand sales by targeting a wider market with the improved product offering in the [InfRec] series.

[G120EX/G100EX] High Performance Model for Predictive and Preventative Maintenance Field

[Thermo GEAR G120EX/G100EX] is equipped with a 320 x 240 pixels high performance UFPA detector, which delivers superior performance for predictive and preventative maintenance purposes.
High sensitivity range (-20 to 60℃, resolution 0.04℃*1) was incorporated for a more precise measurement than traditional models. In addition, a high temperature range (350 to 1500℃) was added to measure a wider temperature range which exceeds the capabilities of the standard model that was initially developed.
[Thermo GEAR G120EX/G100EX] exhibits an advanced capability in various applications for CO2 reduction and environmental measures of thermal loss analysis by detecting abnormal heat generation in facilities and buildings.

[Thermo Shot F20] Basic Level Model

[Thermo Shot F20] is an entry model of a digital style camera which even a beginner can easily use. Infrared measuring functions of the [Thermo Shot F30] are designed into the pocket sized case and are affordable. The high quality image, built from a superior quality 160 x 120 detector, has the measurement capability of 350℃ and is now available.
Further expansion of various applications and functions will be generated as a result of this new model. Applications such as predictive/preventative maintenance of plant facilities, Energy (Green) saving measures, security, electrical issues, research projects and more.

[NETWORK THERMOGRAPHY S30W/S30H] is a compact, light weight, low cost infrared Thermal Camera for FA/Production and Line Monitoring.
Equipped with Ethernet interface and Alarm Contact Output for capturing abnormal conditions and sending a signal to the process controller through a PC, are standard. Two Ranges of temperature measurement consisting of -20~350℃(S30W) and 0~600℃(S30H) are available. Applications such as control of production material, monitoring of facilities, fire detection of waste and fuel storage areas are easily achieved. By utilizing this low cost Thermal camera, monitoring systems are simple to install and total monitoring systems with multiple installations are possible.

[InfRec Analyuzer NS9500Pro] is a high performance software capable of remotely controlling the Thermal Imaging camera with a PC, provides real-time data transfer with analysis, and creation of reports.
