Study on Frictional Temperature in Cutting Process
In order to form law material, such as plastic, metal and others, into some product or dissect it, cutting work has being used for a long time. Today, various material and composite material has being used. As a result of their advances, however, the cutting a certain material causes a problem generating toxic substance such as dioxin when the cutting temperature is higher than a certain level. For this reason, the cutting work has to be done in lower temperature as much as possible to avoid the generation of toxic substance. On the other hand, the cutting work must be required to be done in fast speed as much as possible to keep the productivity higher. In order to study efficient cutting work without generating toxic substance, the TVS is used for the temperature measurement and their distribution analysis under various conditions including material, blades, machine and cutting speed.
